1. Select the gift baskets you'd like to send to your gift recipients from our entire gift baskets collection.
    
2. Request our easy-to-use electronic GiftBasket.com Corporate and Multiple Order Form.  We'll email the order form and instructions to you within minutes. You can also obtain our order form by emailing us at CustomerCare@GiftBasket.com, opening it in your web browser and saving it to your PC, or by calling us at 1-800-785-0955.
    
3. Complete the GiftBasket.com order form and email it to us at Shipping@GiftBasket.com.
    
4. We'll call you to confirm receipt of your order form and to obtain payment information.  We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Company Checks.  Payment is due before we ship your gift baskets. We ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order form (not including Saturday and Sunday).

• Your Email Address
• Your Company Name including Department
• Your Company Street Address including Suite or Floor Number
• Your Company City, State, and Zip Code
• Your Fax Number
• Payment method (credit card or company check)                                  

For each gift basket recipient, you'll need to provide this information:

• Gift Basket Name, Product Number, and Size (if applicable)
• Shipping Method  (Ground, 2nd Business Day, or Next Business Day)
• Gift Basket Price and Shipping Cost
• Recipient's Name
• Recipient's Company Name  (if applicable)
• Recipient's Street Address including Suite, Floor, or Apt. Number.
• Recipient's City, State, and Zip
• Recipient's Daytime Phone Number
• Your Personalized Gift Card Message
