Can I buy a custom gift basket?

Do you offer discounts if I buy a large quantity of gift baskets?  Do you offer corporate discounts?

Yes we do. To discuss volume discounts, please call our Corporate Order Department toll free at 1-800-785-0955.  Also see our Corporate Gift Program and how to order multiple gift baskets.


Where do you ship gift baskets?

We ship gift baskets to the fifty states of the United States. 

We do not ship to U.S. territories or other countries at this time.

For gift baskets shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, you must select Next Business Day shipping. When ordering a gift basket for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow an extra day for delivery. For example, when you select Next Business Day service to Hawaii, your gift basket will be delivered on the 2nd Business Day.

We do ship selected gift baskets to P.O. Boxes and APO and FPO military addresses. Please see our Hello From Home collection for details.


Do you ship gift baskets internationally?  To Canada, Mexico, or Europe?

Except for APO and FPO military addresses, we do not ship gift baskets outside the United States.  We can ship baskets to you at a U.S. address, then you can ship internationally.


Do you ship gift baskets to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do ship selected gift baskets to P.O. Boxes.  Orders are shipped to the appropriate Post Office, then held for recipients to pick up.


Can I get same day delivery?

No, we're sorry.  If you order a gift basket by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Pacific Standard Time, we will ship it that same day. The fastest shipping method available is overnight Next Business Day.


If I place my order online, how will I know it's been received?

When you complete placing your order on our secure web site, a "Thank You" page will display. Within about five minutes from submitting your order, you'll receive two email confirmations from GiftBasket.com. One email confirms your order has been processed and the second email confirms your credit card has been processed. Your confirmations will include your order Invoice Number and the total amount charged to your credit card.


Can I track delivery of my order?

Yes, for shipping and delivery information, please use our Order Tracking Form.


Do you publish a catalog I can receive by U.S. mail?

Not at this time.  Our entire collection is available to you at our web site. Also, you can print our web pages by using your Web browser's Print function.

At GiftBasket.com, we made the decision to remain completely electronic and Internet based to help preserve our country's natural resources and reduce the number of catalogs in landfills.


Is it safe to use my credit card to place an order using your web site?

Yes, our web site uses a secure order and payment processing system. This system encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. We are an Authorize.net Verified Merchant. We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in processing, preparing, or shipping your order.  We do not sell information to third parties. I want to send gift baskets to a large number of recipients. Can I do this using your web site?

Yes, it's easy to order multiple gift baskets or place a large corporate order using our electronic order form.  You can obtain the GiftBasket.com Order Form in several ways:


Can I send a gift message with a gift basket?

Yes, when placing your order, you can write a personalized greeting to your gift recipient. Your message will accompany your gift basket. This service is free of course!


What shipping options do I have?

You have the option of shipping your gift baskets using:

  • Ground Delivery (Please allow 5-7 business days for Ground Delivery.)

  • Second Business Day

  • Next Business Day

  • Next Day Saturday

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.  For example, if you place your order on Friday before 12:00 p.m. (Noon) PST and request Second Business Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Friday and it will be delivered on Tuesday.  If you place your order on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (Noon) PST and request Second Business Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Monday and it will be delivered on Wednesday. 

Shipping rates vary by gift basket.  You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods while you are shopping on GiftBasket.com and before you check out.

You must select Next Business Day delivery for gift baskets shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.


What forms of payment do you accept?

To order from GiftBasket.com, you must use a valid credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
