Return Policy:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. A Return Authorization Number is required. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorizaton Number. Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping the order back to the warehouse. Refunds are issued once the item is received back and processed by the warehouse as a return.
Payment Policy:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Payment is due in full prior to shipping. Thank You.
Shipping Policy:
Orders received by 11 a.m. PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after this daily shipping deadline will be shipped the next business day Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or holidays.
Yes, GiftBasket.com ships to APO, FPO, and US PO Box addresses. Just fill in the appropriate address in the "ship to" section of the checkout process.
