Nicolas Cabernet Sauvignon from France is a smooth red wine with the aroma of plum and peppery notes, and a hint of cloves and black currant. Pairs well with all meats, pastas and cheeses. Coastal Ridge California Merlot from Napa is rich and ripe, with the flavors of raspberry, strawberry and plum. Pairs beautifully with grilled pork chops, roast turkey, pasta with marinara, osso bucco and mild cheeses. Villa Diflora Pinot Grigio from Italy offers notes of citrus, green apple, grapefruit, and flowers. This white wine matches well with shellfish, mushrooms, and as an aperitif. Casas Patronales Sauvignon Blanc from the famed Maule Valley in Chile has intense aromas with notes of pineapple, peaches, lemon, grapefruit and hints of citrus. Recommended as an excellent accompaniment for fresh shellfish, smoked salmon, salads and fresh fruit.
