LaLuca Senza sparkling wine from Italy, made from glera white grapes, is dealcoholized - fully fermented, with the alcohol then removed to less than 0.5%. Senza means ‘without’ in Italian – in this case without the alcohol. The wine is crisp and vibrant, with aromas of citrus and stone fruit and a hint of floral notes. Pairs beautifully with blueberry barbeque chicken, Baja fish tacos, beet & mozzarella salad, and lemon ricotta pancakes.
