Shipping Faq’s.

All Baskets are shipped with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.  All baskets that are ordered by 3 pm eastern standard time will ship same day by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. All orders that are placed for over night shipping leaves the same day to arrive the next business day with the package being ordered by 3 pm eastern time, Saturday & Sunday is not a business day by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. All packages shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday if specified for overnight 24 hour delivery. All packages will be delivered within one to seven business days based on the UPS zone chart. If you choose a gift basket that is FREE shipping it will be shipped out by ground UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. To expedite your package you will have to up-grade your shipping method and your credit card will be charged for the appropriate fees. Shipping Times: 99.7% of our baskets ship the same business day if ordered by 3 pm eastern time. Orders received before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day, orders received after 3:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. You may log onto your account to receive your tracking number to trace your package at any time. Free Shipping and Coupons discounts can not be used together for orders.
You must be 21 years of age and older to purchase gift baskets containing wine or beer. Special notes for the holiday, Christmas falls on a Monday this year and UPS nor Fed Ex  will be delivering on Christmas Day. So the next shipping day is Dec 26th for any baskets ordered on Dec 24th or Dec 25th since UPS, Fed Ex and USPS are closed both of those days. Any Baskets ordered on Dec 24th or Dec 25 will be shipped on Tuesday Dec 26th to ship based on the specifications you choose at the checkout. will ship all orders based on the customers requirements but we can not guarantee UPS, Fed Ex or USPS will deliver on a specified date since they are a third party service. will assist in all deliveries communicating with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. is not responsible if UPS, Fed Ex or USPS does not deliver a basket on time. The buyer is able to file a claim with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS directly for any inconvience this has caused. Buyer is always welcome to return the gift for a refund as a remedy less shipping cost.

All baskets ship by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS and the product once it leaves our facility becomes the property of the buyer. Any claims can be handled by calling 1-800-pick-ups by the buyer.

We will always assist in any way we can with tracking info which is located on our site at the top under Track your package.

During the summer months of June thru October we will only ship Fruit and Chocolate baskets on Monday -Thursday so that the product does not stay in UPS, Fed Ex or USPS terminals over the weekend. Business days only.

Free Shipping is for the United States Only Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Some large baskets based on dimensional weight and size have shipping cost. Free Shipping is ground shipments only.

All International shipments is sent by USPS only . USPS shipping times vary from 3-12 days depending on the country.

All baskets that leave our facility becomes the responsibility of the buyer. If a basket is shipping to a Hospital or a Hotel we can not guarantee that the basket will arrive prior to the patient or the guest checks out. Picking up of the basket is the full responsibility of the buyer. Ups will not pick up the package and reship to a new location.

UPS or Fed Ex only ships to addresses not PO boxes.

Same UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Rules apply for New Years Eve and New Years Day

Substitution Of A Basket or Product

Certain times a basket shown might be out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the basket of similar size to hold the same products that was chosen. If a certain item as well is out of stuck or a selected wine or beer we will always substitute the product for a product of equal or higher value
Refund/Return Policy
All Baskets are shipped with UPS, Fed Ex to receive a refund the basket must be returned to 125 South Liberty Drive Stony Point, NY 10980 to receive a full refund. has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you or your recepient are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order please contact our customer service department immediately. Please contact our office within 5 days of receipt to ensure a prompt exchange or refund. You may return, new, unopened items sold and made by within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. This must be returned within a 10 day period. Once an item has been return a full refund will be issued. Ship Tx Fee is the handling charge.  All Gifts and Gift baskets shipped from our facility will arrive with exact or similar contents as seen in our on-line photo’s and descriptions. In the rare case that a particular item is out of stock, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at our discretion with no additional charge. Fruit baskets may vary from their original on-line presentation and description due to location and availability. We reserve the right to substitute fruit of like appearance and value. Please familiarize yourself with all of our return, exchange and delivery policies. Our 100% guarantee only requires for the gift basket to be returned in the original state, unopened. (There is a $25.00 Restocking fee for any returned baskets.)

Balloons: We do  not warrant that the balloon will arrive in perfect condition. 99% of the time the balloon does arrive perfect. We can not control weather conditions that may make the balloon pop.
